1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized items, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
